After selling their last business, the two individually ran into the same pain point making appointments with new dentists. Both had frustrating patient experiences. Finding the right dentist was confusing, reaching their offices involved days-long phone tag loops, and diagnosis and treatment required multiple separate visits. These challenges left us both feeling that the dental care delivery experience was overdue for innovation.

Miles and Steve became obsessed with making this experience better. They started building a team with decades of experience in medicine and technology to build an AI agentic solution for large and growing dental practices.
